We are currently seeking a motivated, reliable and safety-focused Lift Electrician to join our team in the Melbourne region.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Lift Electrician who takes pride in delivering high-quality electrical work, has strong attention to detail, values workplace safety, and enjoys working both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

- Complete electrical installation and fit-out of commercial and residential lift systems to a high standard.
- Carry out lift electrical wiring, connections, terminations and testing.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, technical drawings, specifications and installation procedures.
- Assist with lift testing, commissioning and fault-finding.
- Diagnose and rectify electrical issues during installation, testing and commissioning.




- Safely operate power and hand tools.
- Work collaboratively with experienced technicians and other trades.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant safety standards and company procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment.
- Deliver high-quality workmanship while meeting project deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, technicians, builders and other site personnel.

About You

- A minimum of 3 years' experience in the lift industry.
- A Grade Electrician Licence.
- Previous experience working with lift electrical systems.
- Experience with lift electrical installation, wiring, testing and fault-finding.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
- A current Construction Induction (White Card).
- A current Working at Heights certification.
- Strong electrical knowledge and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience using a wide range of power and hand tools.
- The ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- A proactive, reliable and self-motivated approach to work.
- Full Australian working rights.
- A current Australian driver's licence and reliable transport.
- Availability to commence immediately.
- Recent work references.
