Due to continued growth across Western Australia, we are seeking an experienced Industrial Refrigeration Technician to join our Perth Service Team. This is an excellent opportunity for a technician looking to work on large-scale industrial refrigeration systems, expand their technical capability, and build a long-term career with an industry leader.

The Role

Reporting to the Service Manager, you'll deliver high-quality service, maintenance, troubleshooting,



and repairs across a diverse portfolio of industrial refrigeration systems throughout the Perth metropolitan area and regional WA as required. We're looking for a proactive, safety-focused technician who enjoys solving complex problems, building strong customer relationships, and working both independently and as part of a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform planned and breakdown maintenance on industrial refrigeration systems
- Diagnose faults and perform repairs to minimise customer downtime
- Complete service reports and documentation accurately and on time
- Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Participate in ongoing technical training and development programs
- Maintain a strong commitment to safety, quality, and compliance standards

What You'll Bring

- Essential Trade qualification as a Refrigeration Mechanic or equivalent experience
- Current ARC Licence
- Current Restricted Electrical Licence
- Current unrestricted Driver's Licence
- Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding capability
- Highly Regarded
- Previous industrial refrigeration experience
- Experience working with ammonia refrigeration systems
- Exposure to food manufacturing, cold storage, mining, or process cooling industries
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
- Flexible and team-oriented approach
