About the role

This is a hands-on recruitment role focused on sourcing, engaging and placing high-quality IT and technology specialists, with a particular focus on the Canberra and Federal Government market.

Key responsibilities
Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across contract and permanent IT roles
Proactively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, databases, referrals, job boards and networking
Building robust talent pools across niche and high-demand technology skill sets
Screening, interviewing and qualifying candidates against client requirements
Managing multiple vacancies and recruitment processes simultaneously
Building long-term relationships with candidates and maintaining strong engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Taking on Account Management responsibilities to deliver high-quality outcomes for key clients

About you
Previous experience as an IT Recruitment Consultant, Technical Recruiter or Senior Recruitment Consultant




Ideally with exposure to the Federal Government or Canberra technology market
Proactive and highly organised
Comfortable managing multiple requirements
Strong candidate sourcing, engagement and relationship-building skills
