Senior Property Manager – Metro City Realty (Inner Brisbane)

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to come on board to run a well maintained portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who values strong relationships, genuine support, and a leadership team that actually gets involved and has your back.

About the Role

You’ll manage a quality residential portfolio with the backing of a fully resourced team. As the Senior PM, you’ll be the communication lead, decision maker, and performance driver within the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
End to end management of a residential portfolio
Owner communication and relationship management
Lease renewal negotiations and rent reviews
Maintenance coordination and approvals
Routine inspections and compliance management
Arrears management and tenancy performance monitoring
Contributing to continuous improvement across the department

Your Support Team

You won’t be doing this alone — Metro City Realty is structured for success.
Business Development Manager – handles current managements and smooth handovers
Leasing Consultant – manages opens, applications, and marketing
Onsite Administration Officer– supports admin, documentation, and workflow tasks




Hands On General Manager – provides operational guidance, legislative support, and problem solving when needed

This is a genuinely supported Senior PM role.

What You’ll Bring
3+ years Property Management experience
Current QLD Registration Certificate
Strong legislative knowledge and confident decision making
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
High attention to detail and strong organisational habits
