General Pants is seeking a trend-focused Womenswear Designer to drive concepts from initial trend brief through to tech packs and production. This hands-on role collaborates across Management, Buying, Planning, Design and Production to deliver commercially compelling collections.

The successful candidate will live and breathe domestic and international 16–25 year-old trends, translating them into market-ready designs for our Waterloo, VIC studio.
