Qantas is seeking a Documentation Specialist at our Mascot Head Office for a 14‑month fixed‑term contract. You will shape and maintain controlled documentation across SOPs, manuals and user guides to support safe, compliant freight operations.

You’ll work with SMEs to translate complex operational input into practical, frontline‑friendly documents, ensuring accuracy, version control and timely publication. Solid editing and written communication are essential.
