The Royal Automobile Club of WA is looking for an experienced Team Manager to support leadership continuity across Joondalup and West Perth Contact Centres. The role involves shadowing current Team Managers, stepping in during leave, and developing into a permanent leadership position.

You will lead, coach and support teams to maintain high-quality member experiences, manage KPIs, and drive performance through coaching.
