UnitingCare Queensland seeks a Child and Family Practitioner to deliver home-based, therapeutic family support within the Family Intervention Service. You will work with vulnerable children and families, focusing on reunification where appropriate and providing case management alongside therapeutic interventions.

Required is a Bachelor degree in a relevant field, experience with children and families, and a Blue Card.
