Job Description

Reporting to the Section Manager Information Services, the Land Information Lead oversees the day-to-day work and functioning of the Land Information team and collaborates across the organisation to deliver section programs and projects.

You will lead the timely and accurate delivery of land information services to internal and external customers, including the successful operation of Council's One Stop Shop property and conveyancing service model. The role is responsible for maintaining reliable property information, ensuring legislative compliance and providing specialist advice that supports informed decisions and community value.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A Certificate IV in Business Management or a related field, or substantial contemporary experience managing and delivering property information services combined with ongoing professional development.
- A current Class C Driver Licence.
- Demonstrated knowledge of cadastral data, land titles and associated NSW property legislation, standards,



guidelines, policies and procedures.
- Experience managing property information and delivering conveyancing-related services.
- Demonstrated experience leading and supervising staff, including coaching, mentoring, communicating performance expectations and supporting change.
- A solid customer service ethos and demonstrated experience delivering customer-centric services.
- The ability to assess and interpret complex information, exercise sound judgement and provide specialist advice and recommendations.
- The ability to build credible relationships and influence, persuade or negotiate outcomes that add organisational value.

The commencing salary for this position is up to $96,681k. Central Coast Council also provides progression opportunities for employees to progress up to the maximum salary of $112,020k on completion of assessment of skills and performance plus 12% superannuation
