Voice Pickers – Pharmaceutical – Afternoon Shift $51.16 p/h
n Are you an experienced Voice Picker looking for ongoing afternoon/evening work in Dandenong South?

n

We're currently recruiting reliable and experienced warehouse operators to join a clean, modern and fast-paced pharmaceutical distribution centre in Dandenong South.

n

This is a great opportunity for candidates with previous voice-picking, pharmaceutical or high-volume warehouse experience who are looking for consistent work and excellent afternoon shift rates.

n

Afternoon Shift – Monday to Friday 6:00pm – 12:00am
n Flexibility with start times is essential. During busy periods, the shift can be brought forward, with starts sometimes as early as 4:00pm. Candidates must be flexible and available to accommodate changes to the start time when required.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Operate voice-picking systems to accurately pick pharmaceutical products
n
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
n
- Use RF scanners and warehouse systems as required
n
- Replenish stock and maintain an organised warehouse environment
n
- Follow strict safety, hygiene and pharmaceutical handling procedures
n
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Previous voice-picking experience is highly desirable
n
- Previous pharmaceutical or highly regulated warehouse experience preferred
n
- Experience using RF scanners and warehouse systems
n
- Confident using manual pallet jacks
n
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
n
- Flexible availability – must be able to accommodate earlier starts when required
n
- Reliable transport
n
- Current National Police Check or willingness to obtain one
n
- Full working rights in Australia
n
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
n
