We are looking for an experienced Senior Architectural Drafter with strong Revit, Townhouse and Multi-Residential experience to join a supportive and growing team. Our client is a high‐end architecture and building practice delivering premium residential and commercial projects across Queensland. With a strong pipeline of projects commencing now and continuing well into the rest of this year and next year, they are urgently expanding their team.

SIGNIFICANT- This position requires candidates with Australian architectural drafting experience. Overseas-only experience will not be considered for this role.

Description

n

As a Senior Drafter, you will play an important role across the delivery of townhouse and multi-residential projects, working closely with the architectural, design and broader project teams.

n

- Producing detailed architectural documentation and drawings using Revit
n
- Working across townhouse and multi-residential projects from concept through to documentation and delivery
n
- Preparing detailed construction documentation, working drawings and architectural details
n
- Developing and maintaining accurate Revit models and documentation
n
- Coordinating drawings and documentation with architects, designers, consultants and other project stakeholders
n
- Reviewing documentation for accuracy, quality and compliance
n
- Assisting with design development and resolving documentation issues
n
- Managing drafting workloads and project deadlines
n
- Contributing senior-level technical knowledge and guidance to the drafting/design team
n
- Working collaboratively with the wider architectural, construction and project team
n

Profile

- Senior-level architectural drafting experience
n
- Strong and proven Revit experience
n




- Both solid townhouse and multi-residential experience
n
- Previous experience in architectural drafting
n
- Demonstrated experience producing detailed architectural documentation
n
- Strong understanding of Australian architectural documentation and construction processes
n
- Must have Australian project experience
n
- Ability and willingness to work from Brisbane CBD
n
- Strong communication and coordination skills
n
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team
n
