Key responsibilities

n

n
- Develop and execute a national sales and occupancy strategy aligned to business objectives
n
- Drive occupancy, admissions, accommodation revenue and HELF performance across the portfolio
n
- Lead, coach and develop State Occupancy Managers and admissions teams nationally
n
- Monitor pipeline, conversion, vacancy and occupancy performance, identifying opportunities for improvement
n
- Partner with operational leaders to deliver sustainable occupancy and commercial outcomes
n
- Build strategic referral relationships with hospitals, health professionals and community partners
n
- Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Experience teams on lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives
n
- Lead continuous improvement across the customer admissions journey
n
- Strengthen reporting, forecasting and performance management frameworks
n
- Oversee CRM, admissions systems and data governance to support business performance and customer outcomes
n
- Influence senior stakeholders across operations, finance, customer experience and support functions
n

About you

n

You are an accomplished sales and commercial leader with experience leading large-scale, multi-site service operations. You combine strategic thinking with hands‐on leadership and have a proven ability to deliver growth through high‐performing teams, strong stakeholder engagement and customer‐focused sales strategies.

You will bring:

n

n




- Significant experience leading sales, occupancy, admissions, business development or commercial functions within a multi‐site workplace
n
- Demonstrated success achieving occupancy, revenue growth or customer acquisition targets
n
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate strategy into operational outcomes
n
- Experience leading geographically dispersed teams and driving performance through coaching and influence
n
- Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship‐building skills
n
- Strong analytical capability and data‐driven decision‐making skills
n
- Experience using CRM or customer management systems to drive performance and customer outcomes
n
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Health Management or a related discipline
n
- Experience within aged care, health, retirement living, healthcare, hospitality or a similarly customer‐focused sector will be highly regarded
n
