The Role

n

This full-time opportunity offers up to 38 hours per week, with full-time hours negotiable. The roster will include some weekend work and occasional late shifts until 7:00pm, providing variety and flexibility within a supportive team environment.

As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will be one of the first points of contact for our customers, playing a key role in delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming, professional, and positive pharmacy experience.

In this role, you will:

- Deliver exceptional customer service and support retail sales.
n
- Assist customers with over-the-counter medicines where appropriate.




n
- Maintain a high standard of merchandising and store presentation.
n
- Support day-to-day pharmacy operations, including housekeeping and stock awareness.
n
- Use pharmacy systems and computers confidently.
n
- Manage multiple tasks in a busy and varied environment.
n
- Exercise excellent communication skills to assist customers and appropriately manage and filter enquiries.

About You

You will:

- Have previous community pharmacy experience.
n
- Hold a current S2/S3 Medicines qualification.
n
- Have an eagerness to learn and develop your skills.
n
- Have strong attention to detail and a positive, team‐focused mindset.
n
- Enjoy helping customers and supporting your colleagues.
