Casual Cleaner – MCH Workforce Solutions

MCH Workforce Solutions is expanding our workforce services and we're looking for reliable casual cleaners to join our team.

n

We're building a team to service private homes, NDIS participants, commercial clients and builders/post-construction cleans across Melbourne's South-East and surrounding areas.

What we're looking for

- Reliable, trustworthy and professional
n
- Good attention to detail
n
- Able to work independently
n
- Friendly and respectful when working in clients' homes and workplaces
n
- Flexible availability
n
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport preferred
n
- Previous cleaning experience preferred, but not essential for the right person
n
- Willing to complete relevant screening/checks where required for particular clients, including NDIS work
n

What MCH provides

- Casual employment — not ABN subcontracting
n
- Starting rate from $33.85 per hour for ordinary weekday Level 1 work, with applicable Award penalty rates for after-hours,



weekends and public holidays

- Superannuation paid in addition

- PAYG tax handled through payroll

n
- Adaptable shifts as client bookings become available
n
- Opportunity for additional hours as our cleaning division grows

Hours

n

This is a genuine casual position. Hours will vary depending on client bookings and your availability. We're particularly interested in people who may want to start with a small number of shifts each week and increase their hours as MCH's client base grows.
