About The Role

What if your voice could directly shape how AI understands and connects with millions of Australian speakers? We're looking for professional voice actors and voice-over artists with authentic Australian English accents to take part in paid studio recording sessions for a leading AI speech research project.

This is a contract role for experienced voice talent based in Australia. Your recordings will help AI systems better understand natural human speech — making technology more intuitive and human for everyone who uses it.

- Session Length: 4 hours per session (2–3 sessions total)

Significant: This project does not involve voice cloning.

What You'll Do
n

- Record natural, conversational Australian English speech in a professional studio environment
n
- Participate in single-speaker sessions and dual-speaker dialogue-based conversations
n
- Deliver realistic, unscripted-sounding performances across a range of tones and contexts
n
- Follow light direction to vary pacing, tone, and delivery as needed
n
- Bring authenticity and professionalism to every session
n

Who You Are
n
n
- A professional voice actor or voice-over artist with hands‐on recording experience
n
- A native or near‐native Australian English speaker — your accent is genuine and consistent
n
- Currently based in Australia
n
- Comfortable performing natural dialogue that sounds spontaneous and human
n
- Reliable, professional, and receptive to direction
n
- Fluent in English at a working communication level
n

- Acting or performance background
n
- Experience in broadcast, podcasting, or prior studio recording work
n
- Comfort with both solo and conversational dialogue formats
