Job Description

BEST Employment in Dubbo is seeking a Lead Workforce Adviser to support diverse jobseekers under the Workforce Australia program. This permanent, full time role, 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, involves managing a tailored caseload and guiding employers and community partners to achieve outcomes.
