We're searching for a confident, hands-on Head Chef to lead the kitchen of a popular community hotel in the beautiful Northern Rivers.

About You You'll be an experienced Head Chef or ambitious Senior Sous Chef with:

- Strong experience in busy pubs, hotels or high-volume venues
n
- Proven leadership and team-building skills
n
- Sound control of food costs, labour and kitchen profitability
n
- A calm, organised and practical leadership style
n
- A passion for quality pub food and memorable guest experiences
n
- Full Australian working rights
