An exciting opportunity to enter a growing business in the construction services industry for a bright enthusiastic candidate.

Now entering our 15th year, CPR Services has built a robust reputation for delivering specialist concrete strengthening, protection, and repair works across Australia, with around 70 employees. From tunnels and bridges to wharves and car parks, we're involved in some of the country's most technically challenging infrastructure maintenance projects.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in business, commerce or a related field and is looking to grow quickly into a senior role within the business. We are looking for someone available to start full time, as soon as possible.

The role will be broad in scope, working closely with one of the directors and the construction manager, supporting operational management,



marketing and human resources.

Key responsibilities include:

- Operational Support – Working with the construction manager to review and approve weekly labour, manage the training matrix and develop a greater understanding within the business of compliance requirements, predominately around human relations.
n
- Internal Marketing - Group newsletter: liaising with our engineers, supervisors and clients to gain information to prepare a regular newsletter for staff and client communication.
n
- External Marketing – Management of brochures, website and social media.

Ideally, we want our candidate to incorporate AI into the business in a way that make our processes more efficient and effective.

Australian citizenship is required for this position.
