Mygration Pty Ltd is recruiting a Cold Storage Manager to lead our client’s chiller and freezer operations on the Mornington Peninsula. You will direct a hands-on team, optimise storage, picking, packing and dispatch of high-value fresh products while maintaining strict temperature control and traceability.

Key priorities include workforce rostering, safety, GMP compliance, and continuous improvement of cold chain processes in a fast-paced FMCG workplace from farm to fork.
