The Daisy's team currently consists of about 200 people, working across 10 stores and 4 production sites, from Pakenham and Mornington to Torquay and Colac. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Store Driver to join our Thomastown team.

The role

n

As a Store Driver you will:

n

n
- Drive MR and/or HR tippers out of your local store, several runs a day, not several days a run.
n
- If ticketed, load trucks yourself.
n
- Deliver bulk product,



bagged product, hardware and cement to trade and retail customers.
n
- Service customers from mums and dads, to million-dollar landscapers.
n
- Keep the store and yard safe and tidy.
n
- Work with a team of 6-20, depending on the store.
n

Hours of the role

n

Our Thomastown store is open 6.30am-4.30pm Monday to Friday, and 7am-3:30pm Saturday. All stores are closed on Sundays and most public holidays.

Skills & experience

n

In applicants we look for:

n

n
- Current MR license with a safe driving record and at least 1-year previous truck driving experience
n
- A safety-first attitude
n
- An ability to form positive customer relationships and manage customer conflict calmly
n
- A willingness to help out at the store any way it's needed
n
- Competencies and experience operating a forklift and/or front-end loader advantageous
n
