- Two years' experience in a supervisor or management role ideally within a fine dining, busy restaurant.
n
- Ability to lead a busy restaurant with consistent bookings
n
- A passionate leader, invested in the development and success of their team
n
- Experienced in engaging and building a strong and highly knowledgeable team
n
- A leader invested in culture – staff happiness, satisfaction and performance
n
- Clear and strong communication and organizational skills
n
- Highly customer service focused
n
- Available to work nights and weekends, we are open from Wednesday – Sunday.
