The Role

n

As Senior Development Director, you will provide strategic leadership across the development lifecycle, overseeing the successful planning, design, commercial performance and delivery of a major city-shaping development.

Key responsibilities include:

- Lead the overall development strategy for a landmark living sector-led precinct.
n
- Drive planning, design, approvals, commercial strategy and delivery outcomes across a project of significant scale and complexity.
n
- Provide leadership across feasibility, financial performance, programme, risk and governance throughout the development lifecycle.
n
- Lead multidisciplinary consultant teams and coordinate internal and external stakeholders across key project stages.
n
- Build and maintain sophisticated relationships with government authorities, planning agencies, delivery partners and executive stakeholders.
n
- Provide strategic reporting, recommendations and commercial advice to executive leadership and governance groups.
n
- Lead,



mentor and develop high-performing multidisciplinary development teams.

About You

You are an accomplished development leader with extensive experience delivering major Australian developments and the ability to operate confidently across projects of significant scale and complexity.

You will bring:

- Robust strategic and commercial acumen, with the ability to navigate complex development challenges and competing stakeholder priorities.
n
- Extensive experience across planning, design, approvals, financial management and project delivery.
n
- Sophisticated stakeholder management capability, including working closely with government authorities, planning agencies, consultants and delivery partners.
n
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing, mentoring and developing high-performing multidisciplinary teams.
n
- A proven history of delivering significant Australian developments, with NSW experience highly regarded.
n
- The ability to operate confidently at both strategic and execution levels, driving outcomes while maintaining a long-term vision for project success.
