We're looking for a creative, animal-loving, commercially minded Social Media Marketing Specialist to join Cherry Pets and become a key part and social media face of growing a new brand.

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Creating and filming content for Instagram, TikTok and paid advertising
n
- Developing Reels, TikToks, Stories, static content and creative concepts
n
- Understanding current social trends and adapting them to our brand rather than copying trends
n
- Growing our social presence and building a genuine community around the brand
n




- Writing strong hooks, captions and ad copy
n
- Identifying the difference between content designed for engagement and content designed to convert
n
- Helping managing and optimising Meta Ads campaigns
n
- Testing new creatives, hooks, audiences and campaign concepts
n
- Reviewing performance data and using it to influence future content
n
- Finding new ways to increase brand awareness, traffic and sales
n
- Helping shape the overall creative direction of Cherry Pets as we grow
n

We'd love someone who

n

n
- Understands Instagram and TikTok deeply and actually enjoys social media
n
- Has experience creating short-form video content
n
- Is comfortable filming, editing and coming up with ideas independently
n
- Is comfortable filming in public, attending events and confidently approaching people to create fun, engaging organic content
n
- Understands what makes someone stop scrolling
n
- Understands Meta Ads Manager or a strong understanding of paid social
n
- Takes initiative and helping shape the direction of our content
n
- Wants to grow with a small business
n

n

Experience with Shopify, Canva, CapCut, Meta Ads Manager and content creation would be highly regarded.
