We're now looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Cook/Kitchen Hand - Part Time to join our team and help deliver exceptional food experiences for our guests and community member.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

n

n
- Assisting with the preparation and cooking of menu items in accordance with established recipes, ensuring consistent quality, taste and presentation.
n
- Supporting the day-to-day kitchen operations and assisting with food preparation across breakfast, café and event offerings.
n
- Washing dishes, utensils, cookware and kitchen equipment, ensuring all items are cleaned, sanitised and stored appropriately.
n
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and organisation in accordance with food safety regulations.
n
- Assisting with stock control, deliveries and storage of food supplies.
n
- Working collaboratively with the wider team to create a welcoming and engaging guest experience.
n
- Supporting kitchen setup, pack-down and general kitchen hand duties as required.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

n

n
- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen, café, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
n
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster,



including weekends and public holidays.
n
- A sound understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
n
- The ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
n
- A positive attitude and willingness to assist across a variety of kitchen duties.
n
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
