Business Development Manager - Commercial Energy Solutions
Sydney | $100k-$120k Package + Super + Uncapped Commission
An established energy solutions business is looking for a Business Development Manager to grow its Commercial & Industrial solar and battery offering across Sydney and NSW.

This is a new-business role for someone who can open doors, build relationships and sell solutions based on ROI, energy savings and long-term value .

You do not need to come directly from solar. We are particularly interested in B2B salespeople from commercial lighting, energy efficiency, HVAC, building services, solar, battery storage or other energy-saving solutions .

The Opportunity:
You’ll be joining an established, integrated business with the infrastructure already in place across sales, retail, marketing, technical support, installation, logistics and warehousing .

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Generate new Commercial & Industrial business across Sydney and NSW
- Build and manage your own pipeline
- Develop relationships with business owners, CFOs, Facilities Managers and Operations Managers
- Identify commercial solar and battery opportunities




- Sell on ROI, energy savings and payback
- Manage opportunities from first contact through to closeWork closely with internal technical, installation and operational teams

About You:
We’re looking for a genuine current-business hunter with a strong B2B sales track record.

Experience in commercial solar, lighting, energy efficiency, HVAC, building services or other ROI-led solutions will be highly regarded.

Most importantly, you’ll be confident prospecting directly into businesses, building commercial relationships and closing higher-value projects.
