An exciting prospect has become available for an experienced real estate professional to join a highly successful sales team in Sydney's Lower North Shore.

This is a unique hybrid Client Services Manager / Sales Associate role, ideal for someone who enjoys the relationship management and organisational side of real estate while still wanting to remain actively involved in sales.
Working directly alongside a Partner of the business, you will play an integral role in managing clients, coordinating sales campaigns, nurturing buyers and vendors, and supporting the continued growth of the team.

Rather than being purely focused on prospecting, this position offers a diverse mix of client management, campaign coordination, buyer management and sales activity.

The Role:

Your responsibilities will include:

- Working directly alongside a Partner of the business
- Supporting residential sales campaigns from listing through to exchange
- Acting as a key point of contact for buyers and vendors throughout campaigns




- Maintaining regular communication and delivering a high level of client service
- Coordinating campaign preparation and new property listings
- Attending appraisals, listing presentations and client appointments
- Coordinating and attending photography, videography and property marketing appointments
- Conducting open homes and private inspections
- Managing buyer enquiries, feedback and follow-up
- Building and nurturing relationships with prospective buyers and local homeowners
- Managing and maintaining the team's sales database
- Following up prospective clients and identifying future opportunities
- Assisting with prospecting and business development activities
- Ensuring campaigns, appointments and client communications are organised and followed through

The Candidate

To be successful, you will ideally have:

- Minimum 12 months' experience within the real estate industry
- Experience within a Sales Associate, Client Services Manager, Sales Administrator or similar role highly regarded
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence dealing with buyers, vendors and prospective clients
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail and follow-up
- A polished and professional presentation
- A proactive, motivated and team-focused approach
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Agent Licence
- Current Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle
