- Conducting planning meetings, venue tours and final wedding meetings
- Preparing detailed wedding schedules, run sheets and event documentation
- Coordinating suppliers and ensuring all parties have the information they need

- Assisting with enquiries, bookings and the sales process
- Identifying opportunities to improve the client experience and the way Kantara operates
- Taking responsibility for the smooth running of multiple weddings and events throughout the year

About you:
You must have experience in weddings, events, hospitality or venue management.
Most importantly, you will be:
- Exceptionally organised and detail-oriented
- Calm and capable under pressure
- Warm, personable and genuinely interested in people
- Confident communicating with clients, suppliers and staff

- Commercially aware and interested in improving the business
- Professional, polished and naturally confident
- Someone who takes pride in doing things exceptionally well
- Comfortable managing multiple weddings and competing priorities
- Available to work weddings and events, which are generally held Tuesday-Saturday
You will need excellent written and verbal communication skills and a very high level of attention to detail.
