CSR Oxley site is seeking an experienced Yard Superintendent to lead the Yard and Despatch operations, ensuring secure, accurate and timely product handling and delivery. The role involves coaching a small team on the floor, driving performance, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Full time, Monday–Friday, 6am–2:30pm, with focus on safety, inventory accuracy and lean workflows across Manufacturing, Customer Service and Logistics teams.
