The Role

This is a hands-on salaried consulting role for an experienced HR professional who is highly capable, commercially minded and confident providing advice across a broad range of workplace matters.

Working closely with business owners, leaders and managers, you will become a trusted extension of your clients' teams, helping them navigate challenges, reduce risk and create positive impact for their business.

What you’ll do

- Advise with confidence: Provide practical, commercially focused advice across employee relations, industrial relations, performance,



conduct, grievances and workplace complaints.
- Foster client relationships: Build trust quickly, understand each client’s business and become an embedded partner who follows through and delivers.
- Manage varied work: Balance multiple clients, projects and priorities while maintaining quality, responsiveness and momentum.
- Strengthen workplaces: Identify opportunities for improvement and deliver practical people, culture and compliance solutions that create meaningful outcomes for clients.
- Use technology well: Learn systems quickly, remember what you are shown and look for smarter, more efficient ways of working and most importantly be an AI convert.
- Collaborate generously : Share knowledge, ask for input and draw on the expertise of colleagues to achieve the best outcome.

What You Bring

You are an experienced HR advisor or consultant who can quickly understand a business, build credibility and provide clear direction. You bring sound judgement, strong interpersonal awareness and a genuine commitment to the clients you support.

- Strong advisory capability: You can work through complexity, explain risk clearly and provide practical options rather than theory.
- Consulting or account management experience:



You are comfortable managing relationships, expectations, competing priorities and delivery across multiple clients.
- Solid HR expertise: You bring strong generalist HR experience, sound judgement and the ability to apply people practices in a practical way to support both employee and business success.
- High EQ: You read the situation, adapt your approach and communicate with care, confidence and good judgement.
- Results focused: You take ownership, maintain momentum and care about the quality and impact of your work.
- Client invested: You become genuinely interested in each client’s business and are dedicated to helping the client succeed.
- Tech savvy and quick to learn: You pick up systems and processes quickly, retain information and look for opportunities to improve how work gets done.
- Self-aware and curious: You are confident in your expertise, honest when you do not know something and willing to learn or lean on others.
- Open to feedback: You welcome different perspectives and use feedback to strengthen your work.
- Broad perspective: You bring experience across different organisations, industries or workforce environments and value diverse ways of thinking.
