Job Description

An established financial services business is looking for an Indirect Tax Manager to join its team in a newly created role.

Reporting into senior finance leadership, you'll take ownership of a major GST governance uplift program, including reviewing current practices, identifying gaps, strengthening controls, and driving remediation and process improvement initiatives across the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement the GST governance roadmap
n
- Review and enhance GST controls and processes
n
- Identify and remediate GST risks and compliance gaps
n
- Support ATO reviews and revenue authority engagement
n
- Partner with finance, risk and operational stakeholders
n
- Drive continuous improvement across the GST framework
n

About You

- Experience within financial services or another complex corporate environment
n
- Exposure to tax governance, controls, assurance reviews or remediation projects
n
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
n
