We are seeking an experienced Senior Claims Executive to join our international insurance broking client. Play a key role in managing claims across all lines of commercial insurance This is a senior position suited to a claims professional who combines strong technical expertise with commercial awareness, exceptional stakeholder management, and a genuine commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for clients

You will be:

n

n
- Providing expert claims advice across areas including Property, Casualty, Liability, Professional Risks, Financial Lines, Marine, Construction, Motor, and other specialist commercial classes
n
- Reviewing coverage, policy wordings, claims circumstances, reserving, indemnity positions, and settlement strategies
n
- An Advocate for clients in discussions and negotiations with insurers, claims managers, loss adjusters, lawyers, and other stakeholders
n
- Proactively monitor claims to ensure appropriate progress, communication, and resolution
n
- Preparing claims reports, management information, and updates for clients and internal stakeholders
n




- Contributing to claims advocacy strategies and broader client retention and relationship initiatives
n

Ideally you will have:

n

n
- Extensive commercial insurance claims experience, ideally gained within a brokerage, or similar environment
n
- Strong technical knowledge across multiple classes of commercial insurance
n
- Demonstrated experience handling complex, large-loss, or multinational claims
n
- Excellent understanding of policy coverage, wordings, liability, and claims processes
n
- Robust negotiation, influencing, and problem-solving skills
n
- Confidence engaging with senior clients and insurance market stakeholders
