You'll Be Doing You'll be part of a team responsible for keeping local roads and community infrastructure safe, maintained and looking their best.

n

Your role will include:

n

n
- Road, footpath, kerb & channel and drainage maintenance
n
- Asphalt patching, minor concreting and bluestone repairs Operating excavators, skid steers, rollers, compactors and other civil plant Driving MR trucks and transporting materials and equipment
n




- Responding to road defects and maintenance requests Installing and maintaining traffic management equipment and signage Conducting pre-starts and basic equipment maintenance
n
- Completing work orders and reporting hazards Working as part of a team to deliver quality results for the community
n

We're Looking For We want someone who is reliable, practical, safety-focused and ready to get stuck in.

n

You must have:

n

n
- Current MR Truck Licence
n
- VicRoads 5-year demerit point history
n
- Current Working With Children Check
n
- Current Police Check
n
- Experience in road maintenance, civil construction or infrastructure
n
- Experience operating civil plant and machinery
n
- Construction White Card
n
- Strong commitment to safety
n
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
n
- Traffic Management qualifications
n
- First Aid Certificate
n
- HR Licence
n
- Confined Space Ticket
n
- Additional civil construction tickets
n

The Details Monday to Friday | Generally 7:00am - 3:00pm $36.81 per hour + Super Weekly Pay Local Council Opportunity Ongoing Work - Potential Permanent Pathway
