Utilities Supervisor - Rural Pole to Pit

TSA is looking for an experienced Utilities Supervisor to take ownership of our rural pole-to-pit and reinstatement operations in Geelong.

n

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will coordinate field crews, subcontractors and administration employees while keeping works secure, productive and on schedule.

What you'll be doing

- Coordinating pole-to-pit, excavation, trenching and reinstatement works
n
- Leading field crews, subcontractors and administration employees
n
- Planning labour, plant, equipment and daily resources
n
- Monitoring productivity,



invoicing, costs and project performance
n
- Conducting pre-starts, toolbox talks and site inspections
n
- Liaising with clients, utility providers and internal teams
n
- Ensuring works meet safety, quality and environmental requirements
n
- Resolving issues quickly and keeping projects moving
n
- Building a capable, accountable and positive team
n

What you'll bring

n

n
- Experience in civil construction or utilities
n
- Experience leading crews and subcontractors
n
- Knowledge of pole-to-pit, underground services and reinstatement works
n
- Experience overseeing administration, invoicing or project costs
n
- Strong planning, communication and problem-solving skills
n
- A practical and hands-on leadership style
n
- Certificate III or IV in Civil Construction or Management, or equivalent experience
