Mind Australia is seeking a resilient Community Mental Health Practitioner to join the Step-Up Step-Down service in Rockingham on a fixed-term, part-time basis (25 hours per week). You will provide intensive, recovery-focused support to help clients achieve wellbeing goals, build independent living skills, and strengthen community connections.
The role requires flexibility to work a 24/7 rotating roster, including nights, weekends and sleepovers, within a 10-bed residential program for adults
