Because of our excellent name among the industries we service, we've seen a large spike in demand. This has meant we've just invested in new fleet and we need new drivers to help us service our growing customer base.

We are seeking a Full Time employee driver, with current HR or MR license. The role will be based on a Casual salary and basis but will be full-time, day shift hours, Monday to Friday.
n
The position will require drivers to hop in and out of the cab at each job, so general fitness and mobility are a requirement.
n
Hourly Rate: $38 p/hour + Super and overtime where required
n
Roster: Monday to Friday, 5 am to 1 pm
n
Shift duration: Typically 8 hours, occasionally
n
Full on the job training provided

Key Responsibilities:
n
Operate Rear Lift, Medium Rigid or Heavy Rigid trucks for collections business recycling around south eastern Melbourne
n
Navigate designated schedules efficiently as routed on our easy to use, in-truck software
n
Daily pre-start routines thoroughly covered off
n
End of day debrief with Ops Supervisors
n
Maintain transparent communication with Ops leaders throughout your shift as to any issues that may eventuate during your route
n
Adhere to all WHS protocols, hazard identification and PPE requirements
n
Requirements & Experience:
n
Current & valid Heavy Rigid (HR) or Medium Rigid (MR) license. Rear Lift truck experience preferred but not essential.
n
Minimum 6 to 12 months previous experience and references driving trucks
n
Proven reliability and strong commitment to early morning starts
n
A clean driving record (a current driving history report will be required)
n
Must pass criminal background check and Drug Test
n
Must be an Australian permanent resident or citizen
