Canberra Health Services (CHS) is seeking an experienced hospital pharmacist to join our Rehabilitation and Aged Care Pharmacy Team. You will deliver advanced clinical pharmacy services across a diverse patient population and work alongside a multidisciplinary team to optimise medications and outcomes.

The role offers permanent full- or part-time positions on site with weekend, after-hours and on-call rosters. Adaptable arrangements may be considered under ACT Health agreements.
