Lead finance insights in a dynamic FMCG business. Short-term contract with strong exposure to senior stakeholders.

- Engage SMEs to document current-state processes across production, supply chain, finance, and operations
n
- Develop transparent SOPs and future-state process flows aligned to Business Central
n
- Translate business requirements into system configurations and functional design
n
- Support testing phases including UAT, validation, and defect resolution
n
- Drive change management activities and support end-user training and adoption
n
- Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and leadership to ensure alignment and delivery
n

A successful Senior Finance Business Analyst should have:

n

n
- Proven Senior BA with strong hands-on Dynamics 365 / Business Central experience
n
- Background in manufacturing or process-driven environments (understands production workflows)
n




- Demonstrated ability to write SOPs and map end-to-end business processes
n
- Experience delivering ERP upgrades or implementations in complex businesses
n
- Confident stakeholder engagement with SMEs and senior leaders (CFO, Ops, IT)
n
- Able to bridge business needs and system design, driving practical, usable outcomes
n
