Barwon Health in Geelong seeks a Rostering & Resourcing Coordinator to manage end-to-end rostering for Junior Medical Staff. This permanent full time role includes 80 hours per fortnight with access to ADOs, five weeks annual leave and salary packaging options.

You will work with clinical directors and heads of units to develop rostering strategies, ensure compliance with the VIC DiT Enterprise Agreement, and support workforce continuity across the organisation.
