Taxi Kitchen is looking for experienced Section Waiters & Bar Tenders who genuinely enjoy outstanding food, wine and looking after people.
Located above Melbourne’s iconic Federation Square, Taxi Kitchen is one of Melbourne’s leading dining destinations, serving modern Australian food with an extensive wine list, exceptional cocktails and genuine hospitality.
This is not an entry-level position. We’re looking for professionals who know how to anticipate guests’ needs and take pride in delivering memorable service.

Bring experience from a premium or fast-paced dining setting
Have a natural flair for hospitality: relaxed, confident, and engaging

Have a strong experience in upselling & the instinct to recommend food and wine in a way that feels genuine and drives revenue
Be genuinely curious about food and wine (and excited to keep learning)
