What You'll Be Doing Day-to-Day
- Build relationships with small business customers across Hobart.
- Deliver tailored financial solutions with a focus on both business and home lending.
- Proactively develop relationships with internal banking partners and external referral networks to win recent business.
- Work flexibly across local markets, meeting clients on-site and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Prior experience working in a frontline role within either business or home lending
- Knowledge of business and home lending credit principles
- Proven track record of prospecting, networking and generating current business
- Established local business networks across Hobart.
