We are looking for a reliable, practical and motivated Real Estate Sign Installer to join our team.
This is a hands-on role involving the installation, removal and maintenance of real estate signboards across Sunshine Coast and surrounding areas. You’ll be working independently for much of the day, dealing directly with real estate agencies, property owners and members of the public, so professionalism and excellent customer service are key.
About the Role
Your duties will include
Installing and removing real estate signboards at residential and commercial properties
Installing posts, frames, sign panels, sold stickers and associated signage
Loading and unloading signs and installation equipment
Using hand and power tools safely
Ensuring signs are installed securely, neatly and in the correct position
Taking photographs of completed installations
Maintaining installation equipment and keeping the work vehicle organised
Communicating professionally with clients, property owners and our office team
Assisting with sign production and general duties when required
About You The successful applicant will ideally have:
A current manual driver's licence
Experience using hand and power tools
Previous experience in signage, construction, carpentry, landscaping or a similar hands-on role
Good physical fitness, as the role involves lifting and manoeuvring large signboards
The ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Valuable time-management and organisational skills
The ability to work independently and problem-solve on site
A qualified and friendly approach when dealing with customers
Strong attention to detail
A reliable work ethic and positive attitude
Previous sign installation experience would be an advantage, but full training will be provided to the right person.
