Doorcraft are one of the leading manufacturers of timber doors, fire doors and joinery in Western Australia and require an experienced Tendering & Sales/Project Coordinator position within the company team for an immediate start. The Tendering & Sales/Project Coordinator role covers the full range of sales from primary areas such as estimating/tendering and sales development to assistive roles within the delivery of our projects. The position is based in Bayswater and we promote a fulfilling workplace for our employees.
Key responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee tender quoting and submission
Preparing and submission of tenders and operating tender follow up schedules
Assist and support the project managers in the delivery of our projects
General technical support
Maintain role processes and develop better practices
About you
Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
Intermediate CAD drawing ability/experience
Experience using Notion
Qualified written and oral communication
Ability to show initiative and to take responsibility
Demonstrated sales ability and performance
Valuable mathematical knowledge and application
Accuracy and attention to detail
Solutions based with can-do attitude and a positive work ethic
Ability to prioritize workload and multi-task on a daily basis
Tendering and take off experience (Min 3 years)
Commercial building industry experience (Min 5 years)
Carpentry/Carpentry and Joinery principles (Min 3 years)
