Part time | In-Office | Perfect for a College Student A boutique real estate office in Gold Coast/River North is looking for a sharp, ambitious, and people-oriented individual to help run day-to-day operations. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in real estate, marketing, and business operations in a fast-paced, skilled environment.

About the Role

You'll be the first point of contact for incoming leads and a key part of keeping our marketing and office operations running smoothly. Solid writing ability is essential — you'll be regularly writing blog content and social copy, so this role is ideal for someone who enjoys writing and can adapt tone across platforms.

Daily Responsibilities
Contact all incoming leads by phone to schedule appointments (a pleasant, professional phone voice is a must)
Write blog posts and marketing copy — excellent copywriting skills required
Manage daily social media across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, and YouTube — a strong, demonstrated track record growing and managing accounts across these platforms is essential
Manage listing, transaction,



and contract administration
Coordinate marketing efforts, scheduling, and CRM/contact management
Provide day-to-day sales support

Requirements
Must live in Chicago, ideally within a 5-mile radius of the office
Proven track record managing social media accounts across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, and YouTube
Excellent writing and copywriting skills, especially for blogging
Experience with CRM platforms
Proficient with Mac and Apple products, as well as Google Workspace (Sheets, Drive, Docs, Calendar)
Self-starter with strong time-management skills and a professional demeanor
Familiarity with Chicago neighborhoods, especially Downtown Chicago, a big plus

Preferred (not required)
Prior real estate experience or an active real estate license
Basic HTML coding skills
Experience with QuickBooks
