Job Description

Dovida Australia is seeking a Scheduler to join our team in Western Australia. You will develop and maintain rosters for clients and caregivers, ensuring shifts are filled and adjusted to meet changing needs.

You will coordinate daily via the Relationship Management System (RMS), liaise with the Client Services Team, and deliver exceptional customer service while building strong relationships across staff and clients in a caring home-care workplace.
