About the Role

n

Green by Nature is looking for an experienced Gardening and Mowing Team Leader to lead the day-to-day maintenance of premium sites across Springfield Lakes. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in their work, can organise a team and has the skills to deliver consistently high-quality garden and grounds maintenance.

As Team Leader, you'll take ownership of daily site operations, coordinate workloads, maintain strong client relationships and support your team to achieve high standards of safety, presentation and productivity. What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Leading and supporting a team delivering gardening and grounds maintenance across premium Springfield Lakes sites
n
- Planning and allocating daily workloads to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard
n
- Working hands-on with the team across mowing, brushcutting, hedging, pruning and general garden maintenance
n
- Operating push and ride-on mowers, brush cutters, hedgers and other gardening equipment
n
- Inspecting sites and identifying maintenance requirements and opportunities for improvement
n
- Monitoring team performance, site presentation and quality of workCommunicating with clients and facility staff to understand requirements and provide updates
n
- Ensuring equipment is maintained, work areas are safe and tasks are completed in line with company procedures
n
- Providing guidance,



support and on-the-job development to team members
n
- Taking ownership of site presentation and ensuring Green by Nature's standards are consistently maintained
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Previous experience in commercial gardening, grounds maintenance or horticulture
n
- Previous experience leading a team or acting in a Team Leader capacity
n
- Strong knowledge of gardening, mowing and general horticultural maintenance
n
- Confident operating push and ride-on mowers, brush cutters, hedgers and other equipment
n
- Experience with pruning, weed control, spraying and general garden maintenance
n
- Strong communication and customer service skills
n
- Ability to organise, prioritise and delegate daily workloads
n
- Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
n
- Ability to lead by example and work hands-on alongside your team
n
- White Card

- Valid driver's licence
n
- Reliable, motivated and able to take ownership of site outcomes
