Your opportunity
n
Reporting to the Project Director the Contract Administrator will sit within the project commercial team and be accountable for:
n
n
- Cost forecasting and estimating
n
- Management of subcontractor claims for progress and variations, through to final account
n
- Ensuring contracts and conditions are suitable to project interests and contract conditions
n
- n
Assisting with head contract payment applications, contract administration and commercial risk management
n
- n
Building strong relationships with key stakeholders and contributing to the successful delivery of a complex healthcare infrastructure project.
n

Our minimum requirements for this role are:
n
n
- Well-developed experience within a contract administration;
n
- n
Employment history that includes major building or infrastructure construction projects;
n
- n
Administering multiple finishes and preliminaries trade packages, including progress claims, variations and final accounts;
n
- n
Preparing and maintaining project forecasts, cost reports and month-end reporting to support project performance and financial outcomes;
n
- n
n
Experience using JDE and PayApps is highly desirable; experience with equivalent commercial systems such as Minerva will also be considered.

The project scope involves delivering state-of-the-art facilities to meet the growing healthcare needs of Western Sydney, including a new hospital tower, expanded emergency services, and enhanced clinical spaces—all built to the highest standards of safety, quality, and sustainability.
