Job Description

Don Hodge Group is seeking a senior hospitality qualified to lead operations at The East Hills Hotel in southwest Sydney. The role is ideal for an experienced Assistant Manager, Duty Manager, or Operations-focused Pub Manager ready for the next step.

Lead daily venue operations across bar, bistro and gaming, mentor a team of casual staff, and uphold service standards while maintaining a positive workplace culture. RSA, RCG and TAB compliance are required.
