Smiths of Geelong are seeking an Qualified Motor Mechanic to join our ever expanding team in a much sought after role. In this role you'll be equally committed to making sure our customers have the best experience possible.

Responsibilities:

n

Providing expert advice in relation to current mechanical condition of vehicles

n

Taking all necessary steps to diagnose to ensure the correct operation of vehicles.

n

Repairing the mechanical parts of the motor vehicle such as the engine, transmission and the suspension systems

n

Reporting all necessary work, service or repairs.

n





Providing guidance and training to apprentice service technicians

n

Maintaining a safe working environment through ensuring the correct operation of all tools and specialised equipment.

n

Demonstrate behaviours that align with company policies, organisational values.

Requirements:

Contribute to building a positive team spirit.

n

We require team players with strong work ethics.

n

A current Drivers licence is required.

n

Previous dealership experience will be highly regarded but not essential.

n

Uniform is supplied and remuneration is dependent on experience and qualifications.
