Family owned and operated workshop in Taree, looking for an experienced Lead Technician / Senior Motor Mechanic to join the team. This is a hands-on role for an experienced mechanic who wants more responsibility and the opportunity to become a key part of the workshop.

Key responsibilities
n
n
- Perform diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of makes and models
n
- Work independently and support other technicians
n
- Take on senior, hands-on responsibilities within the workshop
n
n
About you
n
n
- Fully qualified Motor Mechanic
n
- Minimum 5 years experience
n
- Solid diagnostic and fault-finding skills
n
- Current driver's licence
n
- Pink Slip / AIS inspection ticket
n
- Experience across a wide range of makes and models
n
- Reliable with a great work ethic and can-do attitude
n
- Confident working independently and supporting other technicians
n
- A/C refrigerant handling licence preferred, but not essential
n
n
