We are seeking a motivated Trade Retail Salesperson to join our team. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will ideally have previous experience in sales, retail, or a trade background. We are especially keen to hear from tradies looking to put down the tools and transition into retail!

Your Daily Responsibilities
n
n
- Processing over-the-counter and phone sales transactions
n
- Informing customers about current promotions and special offers
n
- Handling customer queries or complaints and offering practical solutions
n
- Managing merchandising and store displays
n
- Participating in regular training and development to improve product knowledge and sales skills
n
- Requirement: Must be available to work at least one weekend day per week
n

- Experience in sales, customer service, or a relevant trade

- Desire to achieve individual and store targets

- Genuine interest in tools and power tools

- Familiarity with basic computer operations
